For the birth of my cousin’s daughter named Katharina (just like me!) I created a flowery illustration of the letter K. I chose to work in the aesthetics of the cornflower (in German Kornblume) as it shares the same capital letter as a link for growth and blossom. It’s color blue symbolizes purity and innocence just like the name's meaning.
